After experiencing the heavy toll of trying to control every aspect of her business, Katie discovered the power of humility and delegation—transforming not only her studio, but her entire approach to leadership. Today, she equips faith-driven dance studio owners across the country with the tools to delegate to people’s strengths, reclaim their wellbeing, and create thriving, God-honoring businesses.
